I bought an Iomega Super DVD with the Sonic My DVD ver 4.5 s/w. When I
run the s/w I get errors saying it gets an error and has to shut down
the application. I installed the patch but it still won'r run. Has
anyone run into this problem?

Sonic RecordNow - Does Sonic RecordNow include buffer underrun protection? RecordNow and the XP CD Writing wizards are both produced by Roxio. The XP wizards are very primitive with no support for buffer underrun protection whatsoever.

Can't close my Toshiba CD-ROM drive? - Hello. I have a Toshiba DVD-ROM SD-M1212 drive that refuses to close with or without a CD/DVD when the computer is on. If I turn off the computer and power it on, the drive closes and stays close. I can reopen it if I want, but then it won't close...

How do you fit an 800 meg file on a cd? - I've downloaded some large files over the internet that I would like archive to a cd, but they are around 800 megs for a single file... Is there some way to edit the file or even to cut off the end to make it fit on a cd? Thanks! Ter

about the dw-u10a - Hey there, i just got the drive the other day and hada few problems with it. I don't know if it was the media i was using or the drive but I decided to flash it first from the dw-u10a firmware to the dru-500a firmware, as they are the same..
