Tyan Tiger s2668ANR POST problem

Hello,

I got the Tyan Tiger s2668ANR mainboard with the following configuration:

Processors: 2x Intel Xeon 2.4Ghz 533Mhz 512kb/L2 (boxed)
Memory: 2x 512mb OEM
Videocard: Asus v9900/TD 128mb
PSU: Q-Tec 550watt Gold dual fan (ATX12V)
Harddrive: WD raptop 36.7gb 10.000rpm SATA (host)
Removeable drives: MSI DVD 16x48 & MSI 52x32x52/2mb on primairy IDE

After 5 months i finally got this machine to run. When i started it, it begins to beep constant:
high/low very irritating and the post code display on the mainboard display's: 38

Maybe somebody knows this problem and can help me?
