You should contact your cell phone support for this. There may be a
software, or firmware issue with the phone. I had a similiar problem, and
had to have the cell phone firmware upgraded.
If you have Bluetooth in your cell phone, turn it off when out of your home.
There are some very serious security issues coming up with these, when in
public places.
