I have tried absolutely everything to get this motherboard (gigabyte
GA-7VRXP) to run at 133FSB. Hell to even post at 133FSB. I'm off to buy a
nforce 2 motherboard which will not be Gigabyte!!!

It might boot better with a CPU in it.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

My dad's GA-7VRXP ran fine at 133mhz FSB until I buggered it up (by
cutting one of the tracks while fighting with a HSF, I think) and now it
won't post, whatever you do to it. Tried replacement CPU and RAM but no
joy (board powers up and fans start spinning but no display on the
monitor). The PSU worked fine when I tested it on a Socket A Asrock board.

Back to the question, are you sure you're running a 133mhz FSB CPU?<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

Yes! I am sure. AMD Athlon XP 2400 that in my opinion can handle fsbs up and
over 200.
