Hello,
I.
Motherboard Monitor 5 says my negative voltages are whaky.
I know the power supply is sending it to the board but
the readings are wrong.
-12 volts is bouncing around at -7
-5 volts is is a solid zero
are there no sensors on the MB for negative voltages ??
II.
Also, I am using RAM that requires 2.6 volts
but in my BIOS it just says the voltage is NORMAL
not what the voltage really is. It gives the option
to bump up the voltage by 0.1V and I was just
wonding if I should do that since my ram wants
2.6 and not 2.5 volts.
Gigabyte just says leave it alone unless there are memory issues.
They will not tell me what NORMAL means in the BIOS.
I understand bumping the voltage up makes ram more stabile
but at the same time it runs hotter.
suggestions are welcome.
