Well, the definition of "repeater" along with the description of the
configuration widget would lead me to believe "it ought to work".
That leaves the question of where might you locate a repeater that will reach
the base unit and the remote node at the same time and with acceptable
throughput (unless these WAPs run the up-link in full duplex while in Repeater
mode, I'd expect the peak throughput will be adversely affected, perhaps as
badly as halved. Which might still not be a problem unless your broadband
connection is particularly speedy. But I digress...)
Before I plunked my money down I'd have downloaded the documentation for said
Access Point and verified as best as possible that the AP acting in repeater
mode would be compatible with my existing WLAN and provide usable bandwidth...
