Post subject: Wireless keyboard with KVM switch - is this workable?
Archived from groups: alt>comp>periphs>keyboard (more info?)

Hi All,

Anybody know if a wireless keyboard/mouse can be used successfully with a
KVM switch? If so, is there a particular brand pairing that works?

When I have googled for this, all I have found are complaints, but no
solutions.

(I also found pricey wireless KVM switches, but that's not exactly what I
need. It is OK to have wires from the PCs to the KVM switch, and it is OK
to have wires from the KVM switch to the monitor, but I would like to use a
wireless keyboard and mouse.)

Thanks for any info!

Lee
