I'm thinking of replacing my ATI 9600 AGP with an ATI X700 Pro AGP.
How do people like their X700?

I have the PCI express version and it is great for what I play...MS flight
sim...big improvement. I too had a 9600 AGP in the old pc..I guess the AGP
x700 should be a boost

It work good in battlefiels2. i got the pro "vivo" version with 256mb
of ram. It gpu is base on the x800 series "rv420" as the x700 is
rv410. In the setting i always use the maximum available of details
possible and it work find.

Rather unfortunate that the X800GT isn't available in AGP form...

I upgraded to an X700 Pro from a 9600 pro. I've noticed a good bit of
difference and it works well. In games, I usually keep all settings to
high or very high and I haven't noticed any slow downs or such. Of
course, you must match that card with a good cpu and ram otherwise its
not of much use.

OTOH, for the same amount of money, you can get a 6600 GT, which is
much faster. But thats offtopic so I won't go there Smile
