I have heard you can put this card (X850XT) into overdrive and also monitor
the temperature. Is this true and how/where to do this.

Thanks

Well, I just bought one recently. It cost me as much as my 9800 Pro did new
($290, which still hurts). You can use ATITool to monitor temps and
overclock the card. That's what I'm using and I've got my card at 580Mhz
core, 591Mhz memory. At this point my system is probably bottlenecking the
card (Athlon mobile XP @ 2568).
