ZNF3-150 Code C1...

Hi there
My name is todd this is my first post.

Well first off I have to say I really hate chaintech.

After 4 months of dealing with this motherboard "ZNF3-150" sending it in for RMA service twice.
The second time ending with them telling me that the board is fine and it was my power supply causing the C1 digidoc Error code.
Well I just installed my brand new power supply and guess what code C1.

Now before the ram comments start.
My ram was sent in with my motherboard the second time to verify that the ram was okay.
And it checked out fine with the tech guy telling me the ram and the motherboard were fine.

So now here I am 4 months down on my computer and im back to where I started.

I am going to send it into a local computer shop that I know of later this week after I spent 40 mins on the phone describing the problems and causes and he said its 90% my motherboard.

So anyone else have problems or offer possible solutions to this problem?

Athlon 64 3400 2.4ghz
2x Geil value ddr400 256meg "Hey shush I was on a budget"
1x Sata 120gig samsung
3x 80gig IDE hard drives
Gigabyte 6800GT GPU
and of course the Lemon Chaintech ZNF3-150
it clocked a 59k in aquamark3
