anybody tried using the ac97 sound output jack built into a supermicro
board. just wondering what the quality of sound was like.

I use the AC'97 with my P4DCE+. It's perfectly good enough for me (MP3
playback, watching MPGs/AVIs, etc, etc). YMMV, though... Smile<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
