advice on which motherboard

Hi all

I have just been given the following
model of shuttle case - ST61G4

includes 250w psu and hs/fan

and I have a 3000+athlon xp socket a CPu

can anyone tell me where I could get a
motherboard for this as cheap as possible ??

also could do with the dvd drive holder that
attaches to the main frame (its missing )
