My socket 939 3800+ x2 clocked to 2600 no problem. 260 base clock, 10x
multiplier. Locked AGP and PCI.

Zalman Cooler.
reduced LDT (HT) to 4x
Set my PC3200 ram to 333 speeds, with the overclock, its running at
roughly normal speed.
core voltage 1.4

I know it's not identical to your setup, but the same principles should
apply. I have had no problems.
