I just upgraded my system to a Intel MB with a 2 core quad, 4 gig ram, vista
ultimate and I have my old ATI X800 and HDTV Wonder.

I got the latest video drivers and they work well. The problem is the TV,
the first time I installed, all the items where there, but the picture was
flaky. I un and reinstalled all, but now I have not sound, not even the
speaker symbol on the tuner is showing and I only have LIVE where it records
and display the video from channel.

What am I missing?

Hopefully you did a clean install of Windows and installed the chipset
drivers for the new M/B. If not go back to square one. DX & .NET v2. if
using CCC.

If your good on above do a manual clean per ATI.com/install. Unfortunately
about 20% of the time installing MMC hoses sound card drivers so you may
need to reinstall them. Install components for HDTV Wonder in the order they
appear on website page.

TVoD is always on with DTV. You can turn it off with a registry hack.See my
other post about WatchHDTV. It will run without accessing the HDD. Free.

Thanks for the response.

I do have sound from the motherboard, it lies strictly with ATI.

I used AtiCimUn to uninstall and I think you are right, I am not installing
it in the proper sequence.

AIW 9000 - How to Get Audio Out to TV? - I have an AIW 9000. I was surprised to find out that it only has SPDIF audio out (my mistake for not reading more carefully!). I am wondering how to connect this to my TV that only has the standard red/white RCA audio inputs? Am I screwed or what? ....

AIW 9800 TV Audio Reverb - I just upgraded to Cat 4.3 from 3.10 and from MMC 8.6 to 8.8. Everything seems to be working except that I'm getting a lot of echo/reverb in the audio on the TV. I can't seem to get the Audio Wizard to come up again to change the settings. ..

Audio prob? AIW prob? - Hi folks, I apologize if this is long. I'm trying to be detailed. The crosspost may be relevent. I'm running Premiere 6.0 for both capturing and editing. I capture from an analogue video camera into an ATI All In Wonder 128 pro TV card. I use..

ATI X600 audio - I assembled a new system -- Asus A8N-SLI Premium, ATI X600, WinXP -- and everything worked fine. I'm not sure what changed but now I can view the TV picture but get no sound. Yes, I've tried the mute button. Sound works with other apps. I feel really..

ati card audio cap? - Hi.. I suspect that this is going to turn out to be one of those silly newbie questions, but I gotta start somewhere :) Have all in wonder pro (32 megs), win98se, amd 2200+ should it matter. Can't figure out why I can record RF input mpeg's complete..
