What bios should go in K7S5A-Pro?

I'm putting together a new system with a K7S5A-Pro. Would like to have
it ready to accept an upgraded cpu later on (prolly going w/a 1.6 Duron
now), but wish to flash needed bios before I deliver it. Are there both a
Honey-X and a Cheepo bios available? Any others? Which aftermarket bios
(or should I use ECS's own ) is best? Mobo is version 5.0. Thanks. s
