My new sy-k7vta-pro motherboard will not boot-up. The voice doctor is
saying something, but I can't understand it.

I've built about 40 systems based on that board and heard that voice several
times - never could understand it. Try putting a real speaker in the system.

You don't mention your system specs or what resources you have available to
troubleshoot. Like spare processor, memory, video card, power supply, spare
PC speaker, etc.

What have you tried? Try a single stick of memory, the processor and the
video card only. Make sure the processor is fully seated - I had a few that
would feel seated but actually weren't. Move the memory to a different slot.

Had the same issue a couple of years ago, had to use a stethoscope to hear
what voice doctor was saying as the case fans were too loud.

Turned out that the processor fan was plugged into the wrong header, and
"fan off control" was shutting system down.
