Personally, I'd take the Ti4200. I have one right now (4x AGP). The FX5200
is much slower, more on a par with the GF4MX cards speedwise for most
situations.

The 4200 is a much faster card, but the 5200 is DX9 capable, which the 4200
isn't. So it depends on which games, if any, you play.

yes its DirectX 9, but don't expect it to play the DX9 games that come out
this year pefectly, or play them at all. This card is definitely the new
generation MX/FX card ment for the work/business environment, not the 3D
graphic/design/gamer PC user, those cards are the FX5700, 5900, 5950.

The TI cards are on their death bed (Ti4400, Ti4200, Ti4600) and will be
useless when full DirectX 9 games become available and raise the standard
from its current 8.1/9 compatibilty.
