I have a cooling problem on my 2460. The only solution so far has been to
open the case and put an external fan directly onto the mob. Can anyone
recommend a case that will sufficiently cool this thing.
I have a server style case with the recommend fan for both mp processors.
Also have two case fans. I was having problems in the past. But recently
upgraded to a raid 5 with 4 ide drives connected to an adaptec 2400.

i use, and can highly recommend, cooler master atcs cases - 2 fans draw air
in across the hdds, 1 exhausts below the psu [i don't run this 1 as it
disrupts the airflow for cpu1's fan] & the 4th fan exhausts from the top.
tool free [dis]assembly, no sharp edges & removeable mobo tray. also has
tardis-like qualities - it seems bigger inside than out.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

I'm also using a Coolermaster here with my S2460 but its not ideal for use
with loads of drives and too much equipment because it (a 210 model) doesn't
have an intake fan or vent (only exhausts). If you want better cooling
better try another model of the Coolermaster than the 210 series (I believe
the 220 series is similarly afflicted).
