Did you own a Creative Webcam Go Plus at one time ?
The file might be wcgopsvc, and be installed by some
Creative software.

I understand there is "msconfig" for WinXP. I don't have that here, as there
isn't msconfig for Win2K (my OS). In Win2K, there is a Services thing in
the administrative tools, and I might look there for the launch of something
like that.

The Creative installer is based on WISE, and I don't know if there
is a way to look at the components inside the installer, without
installing it. I'd install it, but I don't want to mess up my
system

Open regedit and go to the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
key, and delete the associated value.
Another alternative is to download and run HijackThis, which
will list all the things loading at Windows boot-time,
http://www.majorgeeks.com/download5554.html
When running it, "Do a system scan and save a log file", put
a checkmark in the box for the Creative driver entry(s),
then click "Fix Checked" button. As for manually cleaning
out any other files you might see if a file search finds a
creative folder, and to get rid of the entry in add/remove
programs you would go into regedit again to the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
key, select that key and search (using the menu, the
Edit->find->(type the word to search for) function to find
the related uninstall key corresponding to that entry in
add/remove programs. I don't know the best word(s) to
search for, probably "Creative" or webcam or something like
that. Make sure what it finds is in the Uninstall registry
subkey and delete it.
To be extra safe, highlight and export the registry subkey
before deleting it, so if you needed to you could easily add
that back to the registry. >> Stay informed about: cgopsvc.exe |

Thanks, i cleared the webcam sucessfully by HijackThis
Yet the Errors message is still there !
There is an errorr message saying a execution error and ask me to debug or
not, after clicking yes, it starts a Window Script Debugger and then open a
script for Foxy !
So it is the Foxy casues the problem !!!
