Hi all!
Can you point me to some web page telling me which organization/company
(IBM?) decided about the localization of the "standard" keyboards mappings?
Background is: for specific locales (Afrikaans, Basque, Catalan, French
(all except Switzerland), Galician, Italian, Portuguese (Portugal),
Serbian (Latin) and Spanish (all variants)) the keybord mapping (I mean
the sign displayed on the key and that what quite all programs get) for
the decimal separator displayed on the numpad is wrong!
Those locales use a colon as separator while the kbd shows a dot (and
outputs it too).
Thanx in advance
Éric
