For years now I've had problems with not just downloads but just navigating
Gigabyte's site. SLoowwwww. Seriously slow. As of right now I can't get
the chipset or audio drivers for my old Nforce2 motherboard. Hard drive
went south & I've installed a new build on a new harddrive & I getting the
downloads is quite painful.
This is not a new problem, different ISPs, different parts of the USA &
still, their site is slow as hell. I've come to the conclusion that it is
a deal breaker... no more Gigabyte for me. >> Stay informed about: download issues with Gigabyte |

Hey me/2
I'm also in Phoenix using the same Mobo. It's a small world. >> Stay informed about: download issues with Gigabyte |

Yep, I try all 4 selections & the fastest one (usually Europe) wins & I
cancel the other 3. I'm sending them a complaint via email at
MarketingATgigabyte-usa.com , doubt it will help (might help if a ton of
people do it) about their ridiculous lack of bandwidth.
On another note, the build on my new my new hard drive went in like butter.
Lucky me, the old drive is running on & off & I'm currently copying old data
from the bad hard drive. I'm quite pleased this morning. >> Stay informed about: download issues with Gigabyte |

I 2nd that, though it does depend which one you connect to, & sometimes what
time. >> Stay informed about: download issues with Gigabyte |

Ditto!! I'm on my second one, the GA-MP61P-S3 with the AMD 64 X2 5000+
Brisbane. Been smooth and solid for 3 months now
The http://www.gigabyte.us/ site is plenty fast at the moment.
I'm getting download speeds of ~1000kbs from the Asian (China) server
which I can live with.
Maybe the Nvidia site would be better for the chipset or audio drivers
for Nforce2?
