Greetings,

I am considering purchasing an eVga e-GeForce 7800 GS AGP 256MB Part Number:
256-A8-N505-AX

My computer:

Intel D865PERL Motherboard
Intel P4 3.0GHz Hyperthread 800 bus
1 GB Memory (4 - 256MB 400MHz 3200 CAS 3 DDR)
2 - 80GB Seagate ST3808110AS SATA1 set as RAID 0
Soundblaster Audigy2
Sony DVD
Plextor CDRW
Antec 430-Watt ATX12V v2.2 Neo HE power supply

Can my system handle the card?

I have had lots of problems with ATI cards and I never seem to learn, I
bought a Radeon X1600 Pro AGP 256 and had nothing but trouble, but I have
NEVER had trouble with nVidia cards. I tried the ATI card because it seemed
like an inexpensive card with some decent power. The nVidia cards are more
expensive, but they are better cards *_*

Thanks in advance

Yes you're system should do just fine I went from a ati X800 to the
evga 7800GS CO Superclock and couldn't be happier Smile

the one thing I would do is don't use the drivers on the CD when you
get it, I did and would get screen flicker wile scrolling pictures, web
pages, and stuff but after I got the latest latest drivers from the
web site and installed all works just fine now Smile
