I thought that I read on a forum that there was another stepping? I know of
at least one retailer who sells Q6600's and lists G0 stepping CPUs at a $10

Hehee! Fair enough.
I'm ok with temps *in* the 60s now and then but not comfortable with
consistent high 60s or higher. As far as I can tell, extrapolating from the
data I have now on my rig, the only time it'll ever get to or above 66°C is
if I run TAT on the hottest days we have in summer. That's not likely to
happen. TAT takes it 4° hotter than Orthos, which takes it 12° hotter than
SETI BOINC. So I can BOINC all summer with no problem.
