How much easier can it get when the SYS command takes care of all that.

Assuming there is no MBR, or the MBR was created with fdisk.

In which case you create one using Fdisk, (which you already
happen to have if you have access to the SYS command).

In which case you just Format and SYS.

Network Storage Device - Other Uses - I apologize if this is not the exact forum for posing my questions. I have a Network Storage Device running Linux as a Samba Server (TRENDnet TS-U200, also appears to be a Cellvision NFS-202U). I am wondering what additionally I can do with this device...

The device, DeviceHarddisk1, has a bad block. - Does this relate directly to the hard disks listed in disk manager, i.e. HardDisk1 = Disk 1 (as opposed to Disk 0)? Thanks, Rob.

BIOS device numbers - I don't know if this is the right group for this but can anyone tell me what is the BIOS device number for the USB, floppy and SCSI? I'm going to use for the BIOS calls particularly the INT 13h extensions. The first hard disk BIOS device number is 80h,..
