Just got the parts today:

CPU - Intel Prescott 2.8E.DeleteThis@3.52E 1.53v 33idle/43Load
Cooling - Swiftech MCW6000-P, Eheim 1001 Compact 600L/h (160GPh),
D-Tek Pro120 w/shroud, 1x120mm Titan 133cm/h (79CFM) (pull) fanmate
1500RPM, 2Liter Reservoir, 10mm(3/8") + 13mm(1/2") Kuriyama tubing.
Motherboard - MSI 865PE Neo2-PFS MSI-6728 v.2.0 bios 3.8
PSU - Aopen (FSP) 350Watt (maybe to weak?)

The mobo stable so far, disabled the onboard sound, got an audigy es,
sounds great.

Some pics of the ghetto setup.Gone test the rad outside the window
this winter. Need a D0 prescott. Not happy with "only" 700MHz oc.
Well the system feels fast so guess i should be satisfied. Always
wants more, he,he.
