two graphic cards at once

I currently have a matrox g450 agp in my system.
I want to add a sapphire radeon 9200 PCI to be able to run the latest
games.
Is it possible to use both at the same time in Windows XP?
what problems may I run into?

First problem you are going to run into is trying to run the latest games.
Aside from that you shouldn't have much trouble.
