I have a friend whose Samsung started doing the same thing. Monitor
was defective. You don't mention your brand though.

I've never seen that. Have you tried changing the single color
background from dark to light? Are you aware of the Windows desktop

How can it be something low level like hardware if he can move a
window over the area and it shows on the desktop but doesn't show on
the window?
As he said it's no big deal, but IMO it has to be software. >> Stay informed about: graphics mystery |
