Which group is best to use for help: Giga-byte or Gigabyte?

I do have one question, though ... how do I download the message
headers to peruse? I am using Internet Explorer to access these
groups via Google.

Dump IE get Firefox, Then get a good news reader. I have had good
performance from Forte Agent, it does binary files as well.. There is
a free version at <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.forteinc.com." target="_blank">www.forteinc.com.</a> There are other, do a Goggle
search for news readers.
