Most of these are completely normal.
The power on hours are just the amount of time its been used for.
Similarly loaded hours. The difference between power on hours
and loaded hours is just how much of the power on time was
with the heads loaded, in other words not in a sleep mode etc.
Load/Unload cycle count is just the count of the times
it went from load to unload, unloaded the heads etc.
The actual numbers dont make much sense tho, the
ones that should be increasing are reported as dropping.
Try DiskCheckup from

Be aware that you need to restart the program, just hitting the
GetInfo button repeatedly doesnt requery the drive for some reason.
See how those values compare with what Active Smart reports.
The Spinup retry count is a bit of a worry. Basically that means
that it had to have another go at spinning up that many times.
That might just be due to the power supply etc tho, with a
laptop. Thats not necessarily indicating the drive is dying etc.
Or just Active Smart having a massive brain fart for some reason.
Obviously you should have everything that you'll slash
your wrists if you lose backed up to multiple CDRs etc
even if you have to buy a CD burner to do that, because
drives can die without warning and laptops/notebooks
are very easy to drop or get stolen etc.
