Hi,

I would like to update upgrade my bios from 3.b to 3.d so that I can install
an Athlon XP 2400+ in my system. I read through the instructions at
http://www.ecsusa.com/downloads/flashAward.html. Step 1 says that I need a
DOS boot disk which it goes on to describe as not being possible with win2k.
Unfortunately, there is no workaround mentioned.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,
Phil

If you get the correct BIOS flash program and the correct BIOS .rom
you want to use I'll make you a bootable .ISO that you can burn to a
CDR/W disk and then use that.
See sig to change for email.
