Please help! - K7T266 Pro-R - Raid - Add a new drive - No ..

Hi,
I have a problem adding a second drive to my raid controller.

Basic configuration (works fine):
- Mainboard MSI-K7T266 Pro-R
- 2 * 40GB drives in stripe mode

Step1:
I copy the whole raid to a new 120GB IBM drive with Drive Image 7.0.
Than I connect the new 120GB drive with the raid.
After rebooting the drive is shown as ID No. 2 in the Fastbuild
utility and works fine.

Step2:
I format the second 120 GB IBM drive (connected to IDE 2).

Step3:
I connect the second drive ( switch:master) to the raid-connector and
reboot.
The Fastbuild utility starts scanning drives, stops and nothing
happens! No display, no menu, nothing. I expect, that the Fastbuild
utility ask me, what should happens with the new second drive.
I try several combinations (master,slave,IDE3,4), but no one works.

Is there any sugestion? Do I have to prepare the new drive? Needs the
MBR changes (I'm wondering about ID no.2)
