Hi everyone!

What I need to know before to buy a Digital camera? I want to have sharp
pictures and match colors, what I have to pay attention on it? Concerning
'bout quality, is there any diference between cmos & ccd camera? what is
the difference? Can anyone point me a website with large explanations?
I'll be really glad if you guys can help me agian.

Color matching has been discussed many times in this NG and in
rec.photo.digital. Look it up in the newsgroup area of google.com.
Briefly, you have ot set up your monitor and your printer.

cmos cameras are cheap, with poorer quality pix. Don't waste your money.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

best camera for the money - I am looking for a small good quality all around camera. I have looked at the Sony DSCp10, Olympus stylus 400, Casio ex-z4, canon s45, s400, sd10. Which of these is the better camera for the money? Maybe other suggestions I didn't mention?
