I'd love to. Anyone else able to get to the review?

Keep trying and be a bit patient.
The review was posted on Slashdot this morning, so the site will be pretty slow for a while.
Being mentioned on Slashdot can cause so much traffic that it's almost similar to a DDOS attack. LOL!

Sorry, an hour of retries is not 'pretty slow'. That's pathetic.

No one's mentioned it yet, but Zalman makes a fanless 400W PSU that's gotten
good reviews for quality, reliability, etc. It's kinda hard to find yet,
though, and the price has been around $100. Directron.com had them for a
decent price a few weeks ago, but were out-of-stock at the time.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ --> >> Stay informed about: The ideal PSU: Quiet Quality |

This ones are both silent and high-quality.

If you want "Rock-solid", buy a big one (550W).<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ --> >> Stay informed about: The ideal PSU: Quiet Quality |

You have some local problem.
The site is fast and have no problem.
Works perfect for me located in Sweden!

Well, I finally got through all of it and the review is fairly shallow.
It doesn't even cover how these supplies react to load changes,
which is probably the most common cause of PS-related system
problems. If they had tested PCP&C against the others in this
regard they would have discovered why that supply costs so much
more than the others.
They also made no mention of PCP&C's Silencer supplies which
are a *lot* quieter than the unit they tested.
All in all, an accurate but disappointing review.
