How to identify DDR DIMMs?

I've got 2 unidentified DIMMs here.

One DIMM has the following chips on it:

8 K4H280838C-TCB0 148
8 K4H280838C-TCB0 151

The second one has:

16 K4H280838C-TCB0 151

Any ideas? These came from a decommed development machine and I wanted
to know their size.

Here's the data sheet for the chips (they're not all 128Mb, contrary to
the title):
