Anyone have any idea where/how I can find out what chips are used to control PS/2 keyboard input on the 8knxp?

AUX input on GA-8I875 - I have a TV tuner with an audio out which was connected to the AUX-IN on my old SB Audigy. Now that I'm using onboard sound, I connected it to the AUX-IN on my motherboard. The problem is that there is no AUX volume control in Windows. I have unmuted..

Audio input - I have a 965P-DS3 motherboard and I can't get my audio input on the back of it to work. I also don't have a mic-input in the back either that works. Gene

AUX input does not work when using SPDIF output -

PAT on 8KNXP - I ran Sandra and found that PAT was turned off...after doing a little searching I found out that if you have four Dimm slots filled you have to have "Fast Chip Select" set to "Enabled"...if it is set to "Auto" PAT is turned ...

8knxp and IR/CIR - What would I need to buy to use the IR/CIR header on the motherboard? What difference would this make from using an IR dongle? Any advantages? What is CIR as opposed to IR? Thanks in advance Colin
