Hi all!

Ok, we are all from different countires. We have different keyboard
mappings.

So the question is: "who" decided about the localized keyboard mappings
we have? IBM? ISO? some other institution/company???

Please help! I want to report a bug!

Thanx

Éric

Depends which mapping you use!

And whether you mean keyboard mappings or character sets.

ISO are probably the people to talk to about character sets these days (your
post to this newsgroup uses ISO-8859-1)

Whats the problem, specifically?
