Post subject: kt333 + problem
Archived from groups: alt>comp>periphs>mainboard>soyo (more info?)

When booting cold the cpu is recognised as a 2000+ with the clock speed of
1666.7, subsequent reboots show a 2000+ with a clock speed of 833 but it is
still identified as a 2000+. cpuid and amdcpuid show the clock speed at an
appropriate level. Does XP have the ability to step the speed down if the
cpu temp increases? the temp in the bios shows about 90 for cha, 130 for cpu
and 168 for cpu on die.
