good morning all, I just built a new system using the kt600 dragon
ultra MB. I also installed new power supply and new memory. I
reinstalled winXP. everything seems to be working fine except for one
problem, when I "shutdown" from XP the system shuts down but you can't
bring it back up again without pulling the power cord. once the cord
is replace the machine boots up just fine. Has anyone heard of this or
had this problem before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you have the Power SW - LED, Reset Sw and HDD leads properly
installed.

Happened to me just yesterday. YOu would think the writing on the
leads should face upwards but some face down on both rows.. give it a
whirl

Good Luck

Oh, and make sure you havent shorted out the board by something metal
touching maybe on the bottom or sides.
