Well, I tried it and it didn't work... Ho Hum.. Worth a try tho.

Mine's managed to stay running non-stop for a couple of days - can't
last though...

The hard drive is actually connected to the Highpoint RAID Controller at
the moment, so that's not really an option..

Think I'll order a BIOS Saviour and try reflashing with the modified
A9/2.34 BIOS and see if that makes a difference..

There might be three of us with this problem soon! There's a guy just
posted asking if the A9 BIOS works OK with a KT7-RAID! Just posted
telling him to be careful!! Smile)

Wish one of the sighted experts would jump into this thread...

Have you read the other thread "Which BIOS for KT7-RAID?" - there's
someone else with our problem now!

Just found something else to try, at least, for me anyway..

Just did a Google NG search on "BIOS flash kt7 raid HPT A9 drivers" and
found a couple of old threads on this. Both say install the Highpoint
drivers first, then flash the BIOS. Did you do it this way round? I know
I didn't! Smile Before I try it, definitely gonna get a BIOS Saviour!
