Any of latest Cat drivers fixed Adobe Gamma compatibility

There was a run of cat drivers (some months ago anyway) that would
prevent gamma from being able to be adjusted in Adobe Gamma (and some
other 3rd party gamma adjusters). Anybody know if the latest cat's
fix this problem?

Gamma works properly with cat 4.8
