What memory for Neo2-LS ?

About a month ago, I purchased a brand new
Pentium 4 2.4 533bus Proccessor
MSI NEO2 865PE motherboard
and 2 x 256MB PC3200 RAM for the dual channel, extra double speed,
that the new board offers.

I also, got a Verto GeForce FX 5200 AGP with 128mb DDR.

I installed it all, Put on my own copy of Windows XP professional, and
powered up.

The system was unstable at first, but I increased the voltage of the
AGP slot from 1.5 to 1.7 and it seemed ok, for a while.

There are days, when it is fine, and there are no problems, then some
days, I go away from the machine, and come back, and there is a blue
screen..

IRQ not less or Equal, amoung others...

The errors occur the system, restarts, and then it send an error
report to Microsoft! A fat lot of use that is..

Its very frustrating, as I want to leave my computer on, to complete
tasks, but when i get home, its crashed!

I have had it for a month, now and hoped it would be resoloved by
updating all drivers, installing all the service packs etc.

but nothing has worked!!!

I thought perhpas is might be a setting in the BIOS i have done wrong?

Please could someone give me some advice of who I should call!???

I have been told by Intel, that they dont recommend I use PC3200
memory with a Processor that has a FSB of 533

What are peoples thoughts on this?
