I have just completed the same move and bought Novatech's pre MOBO bundle
AMD64 3400 (Foxconn/WinFast) with 1 gig Ram and I must say its great. It
comes with 512 ram but I added the other strip for the hell of it.

There isn't a really hot motherboard out right now with integrated graphics.
Honestly, I'd get a nice nForce 4 motherboard and a good graphics card.
Check this one out:

<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.msicomputer.com/product/p_spec.asp?model=K8N_Neo4_Platinum/SLI&class=mb" target="_blank">http://www.msicomputer.com/product/p_spec.asp?model=K8N_Neo4_Platinum/...&class=</a>

It's an SLI board, but if you don't use 2 graphics cards, the other slot is
just a normal PCI-e slot.
