asus generally gets top ratings...
however i would not consider them any better than any other well know
"name brand" such as Abit, Msi, or Gigabyte (for example)

i build a lot of machines and would say it's easier to answer
your question in reverse:

which board is a bad one?

i'd say: stay away from PC Chips !<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
