Best motherboard that supports LGA775 dual core, ddr2 and ..

I'm looking for a Motherborad that will support LGA 775 dual core cpu,
DDR2, EIDE hard drives and PCI-E video. What would be my best solution?

For a low price, the ECS 945 goes for around $55-60.
For a good overclocker, get an Asus motherboard with Intel 945 or 975
chipset, $80-230
