yes you can find them with cards like GF 4 MX and lower have not seen a GF
ti built in yet.
here is one biostar with the MX 4 built in.

we are also forgetting the older boards like the SIS chipsets that had built
in grafics cards some were realy low end junk. i have seen a few that would
only share 4 megs of sys ram.

They used to, with GF2's onboard I think. I don't think the current
generation of NVidia chipsets have it though.

I guess you never heard of the mighty Nforce chipset then. Actually there
are two versions of the IGP (Integrated Graphics Processor). First there
was the Nforce with onboard GF2 MX. The newest is the Nforce2 with onboard
GF4 MX. I happen to have one of the original Nforce IGP boards. It's an
MSI K7N420. It gets 2400 in 3dmark2001se with a 1 gig Duron processor.
It's OK for older games like Counterstrike. Halo brought it to it's knees
though and I had to slap in a GF4 ti4200.

Is your friend's sytem and Athlon or Duron?
Most boards that have an intigrated Nvidia video are based on various
flavors of the Nforce chipset (though IIRC, several years back some
boards with non-nvidia chipsets also had onboard Riva128 and

Yes, they do. I just put together a Biostar small form factor computer with
the nVidia nForce chipset, which has GeForce4 MX graphics built in. Pretty
darn good, too, for built-in graphics.

Geez, nvidia has a Web site--did you try there first? If you did you would
know about their various nforce chipsets, some of which have embedded
video.

The last I heard SiS was not licensed to produce any nvidia parts so it
would seem unlikely that an SiS chipset would contain nvidia video.

Erm, yes, my PC is NForce 2 based, but I wasn't aware they still did
them with integrated video, hence my reply which was referring to
NForce 1. I stand corrected.
