Post subject: where to get optional S/PDIF connector?
Archived from groups: alt>comp>periphs>mainboard>chaintech (more info?)

I have a 7NIF2 mainboard with an onboard 5x2 header for an optional
S/PDIF connector. I've searched about 20 resellers' web sites and sent
an e-mail to Chaintech looking for the optional connector with no luck.
Does anyone know where I can purchase the part that plugs in to the
onboard header? Or know of a commonly available part from another
manufacturer that shares the same pin configuration? The ASUS one looks
different, but perhaps I could just replace the plug... I really do
prefer sticking to the onboard audio for what I'm using this box for.

From a PDF I found, the pin config is as follows:

Vcc12 - <missing>
x - - SPDIF-OUT
SPDIF-IN - - GND
x - - x
x - - x

TIA!
