You left out a whole lotta details about your specific
hardware so we can't tell you, and you need to isolate some
variables like the peak CPU speed yours can do, peak memory
speed, peak HTT, etc.
Since we can't be specific, a very generic answer would be
to try reducing your memory clock to FSB (HTT) ratio by one
notch, raise the HTT to 250, raise the memory voltage to
2.7-2.8, and raise CPU vcore to 1.5 IF you heatsink can keep
it cool enough.
CPU multiplier will depend on how high your specimen of CPU
can go, use memtest86+ to test memory before booting the OS,
and Prime95's torture test to check CPU.
