Anyone know if the p4i845pe will support the 3.06 or faster p4 at 800mhz. I
think the v1 will but I have the original. It came with a paper sticker on
the board that said 800mhz ready but I haven't seen any other reference for
that.

I would check your version number again. My P4I845PE is the original and it
came with no such sticker on it. Also you should know that running the
Version 1 board at 800 Mhz isn't recommened by Intel. The 3.06 Ghz P-4
itself would never run at 800Mhz since it's a 533Mhz cpu and would never
take overclocking that high. The 800Mhz P-4's are 3.0, 3.2, 3.4 but no 3.06.
