Does EPOX have phone tech support?

EPoX (USA branch) has a new ticket system for submitting trouble
tickets. No more delayed emails. For other branches see the following

EPoX Tech,

Very impressive. Just continues to reinforce why Epox is my favorite
motherboard manufacturer. And now video cards too. When I upgrade my MSI
ti4200 Epox will be my first choice.

I only see one shortcoming with EPoX, that is marketing. Their newer
Nforce2 boards don't have the options I would want, so I was forced into
buying another 8RDA+ which was a refurb.
