the FX MX440.

That is an obvious misleading advertising. Shouldn't be allowed to include
FX anywhere in the name if it is not an FX card. Running a very close
second is gainwards Ultra labels on non Ultra cards.

Yep - screw them... IT is not Nvidia's doing... but Nvidia, if they
were a respectable company would NOT ALLOW a company to do that. They
could say "DON'T DO THAT, or we'll cut your supply of chips"-

Sheesh, read the manual of NASA in regards to their meatball logo.
They have 2-3 pages of DO's and DON'Ts of their logo - which ANY
company does.

This is not the GF4 days any more when Nvidia was able to boss around it's
buyers. Have you noticed this type of thing is a lot more prevalent these
days. I'm thinking Nvidia is happy enough just to sell chips and does not
want to rock the boat with any of these dirtbags lest they start buying
9200se chips instead.
